An executive order signed by President Donald Trump on Friday aims to limit NCAA athletes to a five-year playing window and how often they can transfer between schools.

It's a good start.5 years should be enough time om scholarship to graduate and 1 transfer without penalty seems fair.

Not a fan, but hats off to him for doing....... something. We talk about colleges and universities wanting to reign in the run-away train, and players and agents will contest it in court; but the top 20-25 teams who can afford the $$$$ to attract the best players don't want it either, despite what their presidents say in public. I don't see UCONN or anyone in Indianapolis bellowing about the current state.
