I don’t know if it will be this season but once a few of these dominoes fall for Stein I think we’re going to be shocked at the increase in talent level. He has to prove it on the field of course but can’t overstate how excited I am for the future of UK football.
Stein has a lot to prove, but he's surrounded himself with young, hungry talent. Excited to see if we can land these guys and build the program even further.

Well if you lose then yes it will. Do you usually have people say “well he doesn’t do his job but that’s great!” When you don’t perform. It’s the nature of a win/loss business, why is that shocking to you?
Be competitive, don’t get blown out, win some games, and have a solid class coming. Give people something to feel good about when they see your future. Look like a competent coach. All the things we didn’t get from that last middlin coach we had last time. Barnhart is gone so maybe “but he’s loyal to me even though he’s not loyal at all” won’t be the standard moving forward.

No, because he didn’t hire him. It doesn’t fit him at all, it literally shows the opposite of his 24 year pattern. Mitch didn’t suddenly snap and change, this hire was made around him like all of the good ones have been. Mitch is an awful AD. If you want to defend him I’ll get started and you can drown.
Everyone just wants a solid year one. Losses with our schedule are coming most likely, but let’s see how we look. I think the future is bright.
