Welp. It was bad for Seagraves today. But honestly, Perry could’ve caught that ball with no runs. It all goes back to walks from our staff though.

Wow! Seagraves line looks awful but could have been worse when you consider what he dumped on Boaz line! Not his finest outing.
If you were gonna walk Wang…just leave Boaz in for the lefty…staff overthinking things
Because he pitched well 3 straight outings and our best relievers aren’t available.
If the coaches knew he wasn’t going to have it, they wouldn’t have put him in. I didn’t see you complaining about it when he came in.

He has pitched a lot better recently. Still…it’s always command and you just can’t keep calling on arms in the pen that result in a crapshoot as to whether they will be around the zone. Today we are thin because we chased Friday’s game (rightfully so) and DeCaro gave us nothing yesterday causing us to burn our top two pen arms.
At some point, the offense is going to have to win a game like this. Hopefully it is today.
The arms in the outfield are a weakness
Wow. Howe really does not have a good arm. Runner was rounding 3rd and couldn’t get him. Will this inning every end?
And at 6-3, the game honestly feels close to over. Our offense just doesn’t look like the type that grabs 4-5 runs in the last three innings against a pretty good staff.

I don't think you can send Matty back out next inning. They tagged him pretty good. Somebody better get on the mound that can stop the bleeding.
Garrett makes error on ball hit to right; instead of getting out of the inning, they have now scored 6 unearned runs. Wild pitch gave them their last one. That inning was losing baseball! I still think French is our best bet for 3rd outfielder. If he were in, he would have made that play!
This team can be pretty frustrating to watch sometimes. It’s a truly when it rains it pours both ways good or bad. That last inning was awful.
Cool, but there are better options!! Like Jackson Rose or Padgett.
It looks stupid because Seagraves walked his righty-righty matchup. That is 100% on him. In hindsight, you could have just put Wong on 1st and let Boaz pitch to the lefty. It Seagraves is supposed to win that righty-righty matchup and he didn’t even make it competitive.
I genuinely want to know why Forbes went to Cam instead of Jackson. Absolutely mind bogging. It makes no sense.
Louisville lost series to Pitt and Duke after playing us. Notre Dame might get swept by State. We don’t have a series win that will definitely be considered quality at the end of the year.
