Assuming he’s coachable in the slightest margin. Mikey is a problem.Waters poked Mike in the eye and got a takedown, that seemed to turn the match around. Mikey needs some work on defense of both his legs and his eyes.
Waters won’t beat him again.

Mikey was smaller, stronger, faster and just plain better. Waters is tough. Probably won't be a rematch though. I don't think we'll ever see them at the same weight again.Assuming he’s coachable in the slightest margin. Mikey is a problem.

He's coachable and is very raw only been wrestling 4 years. Hes gonna be problems. With the way wrestling has changed with scrambling you've to be athletic in order to keep jumping levels. And he's an athlete he will jump levels fast. Come November he's gonna be twice as good. They will have him go 184 I have a feeling with Ryder taking a medical Labrums can take 9 months to fully healAssuming he’s coachable in the slightest margin. Mikey is a problem.

189What weight was the Waters-White match at? 190?
White really made a mistake when he was ahead 3 to 1 and it appears he got poked in the eye and he quit wrestling and got taken down. He was ahead 7 to 6 with less than a minute to go and he got taken down. He escaped and never got close to a takedown that would have won it. Waters really wanted to be number 1 and beat White. He lost a close decision and should have more upside than Waters. Time will tell. White certainly could have won but a couple of mistakes really cost him. Wolbert won at 145 with a solid decision getting a takedown and riding hard. James at 160 won a close decision that he distanced in the last seconds with a takedown and back points. His opponent Milheim got a couple of takedowns. Jeter was dominating and seemed to make a mistake and then seemed gassed and ended up much closer than it should have been, Brown at 215 won by tech very quickly he is rated 14 at 215 but beat the 7th rated HWT like Ross beat the Iowa HWT's. He is going to Penn. St.WATERS wins 8-7
He looks like a 184 to me. Waters did look bigger than White.Just worried if 184 will be too big of a cut for White come November. He is already at 190 now, with cut.
He would be a very small 197 right now though too. We have a need and he would size better IF he can do it.Just worried if 184 will be too big of a cut for White come November. He is already at 190 now, with cut.
I believe they give 5lbs so 194He would be a very small 197 right now though too. We have a need and he would size better IF he can do it.
Yep they will probably look at the portal if anyone good at 184 goes in. If not he probably goes as a true freshman at 184. Ryder could take a medical and get his shoulder fixedI expect him at 84 his first year in Stillwater.
He’s in recovery after fixing as far as I know. It was obviously bad and there really wasn’t an option.Yep they will probably look at the portal if anyone good at 184 goes in. If not he probably goes as a true freshman at 184. Ryder could take a medical and get his shoulder fixed
6 months minimum but they should wait 9 he's got 3 more years no rush. Take a medical next year and fully healHe’s in recovery after fixing as far as I know. It was obviously bad and there really wasn’t an option.

Link?I just listened to the Bader show on flo and he interviewed Jax, Landon, and Sergio for the whole show. They all answered the question how did you get to Oklahoma State and the answer for all 3 was David Taylor and that he felt they could start and be National Champs as true freshmen. The show was close to an hour long. Interesting.
Will be on the new string bean diet now thru next season?I’m hearing Vega to 125
Inspired by Zack Ryder wrestling with one shoulder, Sergio Vega will be removing one arm entirely. Will be on the new string bean diet now thru next season?
That will take away his bread and butter moves unless he perfects the one-armed cradle….Inspired by Zack Ryder wrestling with one shoulder, Sergio Vega will be removing one arm entirely.
I dont foresee any departures besides what we already know about. What kinda surprises, Mr. Fartz? Due to departures or just redshirts & “the best lineup”?
It would be kinda crazy for Hughes and Jamison to stick around, among others.I dont foresee any departures besides what we already know about.
Yeah, you def gotta try the koolaid! It would be kinda crazy for Hughes and Jamison to stick around, among others.
Hell one of those two might sneak into the line up. You never know.It would be kinda crazy for Hughes and Jamison to stick around, among others.
Gillman ended up working with one guy effectively. His season of coaching resulted in one AA.What are the specific weights our coaches work with? I know Gillman worked with the small guys, but since his departure not sure if it's Jimmy or Kevin Ward?

If DT (as he is today) was the coach from Fix's true freshman year, I would think that he gets 3. I think he would have had a real shot as a true freshman in '18 over Gross (as I think he would have gone over Kaid at 133 under DT even though he wrestled at 125 that year), He beats Suriano in '19, and I really think a DT coached Fix beats RBY in at least one of '21 or '22. Also he is probably in much better shape for FS with so many fewer miles on his body. Also been thinking about this hypothetical scenario. How many championships would Fix have if DT had been coaching him instead of JS.
I definitely think he gets the first one vs. Suriano, and maybe one against RBY. Vito was on a tear the year he won it.
I have no idea what his cut was like but cutting a season and cutting for freestyle for 3-4 weekends is a whole other matterFix should have dropped down to 125 his senior year. Would have walked through that field. He had to cut down to 57kg a month later for trials anyways
