I was fully prepared to eat crow. But unfortunately as I said earlier, we were not clutch when it mattered.
This was our giveaway game, what makes you think we will lose tomorrow?
We battled back and had a chance.
We out hit them and except for 2 errors, we outplayed them,

I tend to focus on the half-empty glass when we play Georgia. It's a habit.
No team has truly defeated us yet by their own merit. Georgia lucky to win this one against our pitchers we are still developing.
Bad news is we beat ourselves. Good news is we didn't fold when most would. Baseball is a long season - clean up the dumb stuff. Continue grinding. Big game tomorrow
The big development from this game is finding out that Jack Bauer has gone from a guy who struggled to get though innings vs SWAC teams to a guy we can depend on a little against the best teams. Pretty big deal.
Whatever him and Parker worked on after that Dallas outing is paying off. The mechanical stuff that they were working on that made him MIA for probably 3 weeks
yall chill. We gave them game one and they still almost lost. They threw their best bullet out of them pen and we almost got him. I fully believe we win tomorrow
Gotta love the fight tonight. Yeah it's still a loss, but they battled back. Clean up any of those unearned runs and it's a different story. Good to see Bauer look like a highly touted freshman. Maybe he grew up some tonight and will contribute the rest of the year. Bring on tomorrow. Looking forward to first pitch already.

Think we can still win the series but even if we only win 1, we gave ourselves some margin with the back to back sweeps. And UGA is probably the second best team on our schedule the rest of the way.
If I was that kid's parents I think I'd be pretty happy with the choice of this coaching staff. Could have been a completely lost freshman season, but they obviously made a big effort mid season to get his confidence back and work on his approach.
