I like how Calipari always wears the tone down red jacket after he kept wearing blue an it chapped their ***. So he always tries to go natural but makes it a shade of burgundy. Lol

It’s gonna be hilarious when Arkansas looks back and he’s all UK wrapped up in his legacy and all the players coming back for their events and he’s decked in UK. It’s all he’s going to want to be remembered for. They really have no idea how it works here vs. there.

He just wanted to visit a great state that appreciates basketball, where someone like him used to matter, and where people would post pictures of him being here while he continues to take digs at Kentucky every chance he gets. Lol

Truthfully, he's probably visiting a former players' family out that way

What in holy hell are you babbling about now? As almost all of your long winded diatribes are, full of sound and fury and signifying nothing.

What’s confusing about it?
Cal will always be known for being UK’s coach. That’s why he’s a HOFer. This Arkansas stint is just a pit stop before retirement. He never wanted to leave. Especially not for frickin Fayetteville

Nah he knows. I give it less than a month after Cal's departure from Arky that he's back at some "event" in Kentucky, probably the Derby, where he can be greeted by fans and feel the love again. Once he gets that little taste, it won't be long before he's at a more intimate event in Kentucky, building back rapport; pictures/autographs, a quick interview about how "this place is special, we accomplished alot, my fondest memories, etc etc" before the final act of going to a game. Once he's applauded at a game, and he will be, he will be squarely back in the fold, which is what he can't wait for.

Cal's time at UK as head coach was done. His best days behind him, but believe it, he can't wait to have that old-time legend status with UK. To be part of that history, the lure, is everything to him. And why shouldn't it be?

LOL He had a lifetime contract ... He wanted out of Kentucky so bad he gave that up . Pay attention to any broadcast where they specifically say how rejuvenated Cal is in Fayetteville .

Yes Cal will always be associated with the Kentucky job as he should but don't kid yourself . He wanted away from the administration and fan base or he never would have left . Period

The only way this doesn't happen IMO is if Cal is so jaded by the way he was treated the last few years . There is no doubt Kentucky was his dream job and never wanted to leave until the fanbase/Barnhart turned on him .

Of course by the time he is done in Fayetteville a lot of that will probably be water under the bridge .

In the meantime we are looking forward to a few more years of Cal in Bud Walton

Nothing confusing it's just typical Morg nonsense rambling about the man's sport coat as if every item of clothing relates to a school's colors. It's simple minded rube like thinking. Not surprising coming from that weirdo. The man was wearing a maroon colored jacket and Morg wanted to write a gibberish filled novella about it. It's weird

No kidding. Some need to get a life outside Uk basketball. Not every clothing choice is related to a particular sports team. I have several items of purple clothing. I'm not a TCU or Kansas St. fan. Just a lot of simple minded dopes.

Don't you have some pig slop or mud holes that you need to be rolling in cal has already suckered you Arky fans in to his disappointing lose at the end culture. Arkansas will never win a natty with cal and losing will be the only thing associated with his time there. When he retires he will leave your pig slopping barbecue as_ _ _. behind and answer questions about his time at ky.

Ha ha ha

You, sir, have an issue. You’re so butt hurt that he left us to go where he did, but you forget how we all thought they did us a favor by taking. Now, so many of this former players are Arkansas fans because of him. I hope you get over your insecure feelings. He was great when he was here and I do miss him, but that’s as far as it goes.

Keep telling yourself that. With enough accounts you may even think someone else is saying it

Nah, whatever "treatment" he allegedly thinks he got will actually be what he loves the most. "It's different at Kentucky. It's not for everyone. Much is expected and you have to prove yourself" etc I can see him smiling as he says some iteration of the aforementioned. He'll love that he was able to "make it" in this environment. He'll love the perception that it takes an elite coach with an elite personality to withstand the pressures and demands. He wants that. He wants it to be difficult. He wants the fans to obsess, to scrutinize, to apply real pressure. Otherwise, everyone would be Kentucky. They're not, and he knows it, and ultimately he'll be prideful of that fact.

I didn't take it that way. I took it as you think Cal left because he was just tired of UK and done with us. He was done with us because he knew we were done with him.
like i said before I don't think he ever wanted to leave Kentucky UNTIL the fan base turned oh him . Then he wanted out and his buddy Tyson gave him a parachute .
