I haven’t seen him in many movies lately but his off-the-cuff football history knowledge is pretty damn impressive.

Brady, Montana, Graham as the GOATs of their era is hard to argue against.

What a great interview. I knew he liked sports, but man Vince Vaughn has an impressive fund of knowledge. It was nice for Otto Graham to get some love. I did not realize the Cardinals were the oldest franchise. I had always thought it was the Bears. I knew Papa Bear pushed them out of Chicago, but that was cool to learn. Vince seems like he would be a cool guy to hang out and talk sports with.

The Cardinals were founded as an independent professional team before the Bears were, but both the Cardinals and Bears (then the Decatur Staleys) were charter members of the original NFL (then the APFA) starting in 1920. They are the only charter members left.
