The amount of two-way players that can throw curveballs for strike, change ups, and still throw a fastball over 90 is incredible.
Carter does not look very comfortable out there right now in CF
Wind carried the second one… but he tracked the one in the LF gap like a pro.
Lost in all the frustration of the offense is that we’ve now held a pretty good team scoreless for 10 straight innings.
It would be real nice if we could stop playing hero ball and just get on base.
2-3-4…Gavin or Winslow needs to sit back on what is almost guaranteed to be a first pitch change-up and end this game.

Ball 3 was close but looked just off. Ball 4 was a ball-and-half on the plate. No idea what he saw there.
Interesting situation coming up considering the guys who started the game in both the 5 and 6 spots in the lineup aren’t in the game anymore.

I half expected the catcher to just start taking gear off and get on the mound before I saw the gate swing.
I assume Campbell’s staff just felt Lugo had run out of gas…because I thought I saw them signal for a righty to fave Paulson. Interesting decision.
