Watching on tv you never know where the defenders are. Hull has beaten it a couple times recently so I wonder if teams will stop shifting him as much.
Efficient and clean inning by Jackson Rose...F8, L7 6-3...fastball around 90-91 with solid off speed. 10 pitch inning, 9 of them were strikes

Kid is confident at the plate, anything middle-middle is getting smoked right now. He jumps on the first good one he sees.
I honestly wonder if that was part of the rationale in bunting. A lot of those guys with weird releases struggle to field their position.

Sure did. It does most of the time, just like to give the runner the green light on the first pitch and if he gets a good jump to go. If not, then bunt. But, there’s always more than one way to skin a cat.
I’m good with French getting playing time, but that situation there is one you’d really hope Sawyer Black can pinch hit in.
