I sure am. If it happens it shows how strong the league is, it is a recruiting draw for all Big teams, it can bring in more TV revenue to Iowa in a new contract etc.

Is the long ago Indiana-Mich title game the last time this happened maybe around 1978?

UConn can definitely lose by me, I dont follow Hurley that much but others on here do not like him at all.

The NCG is actually Arizona vs Michigan. As much as I dislike the f'n Illini, I dislike Hurley and UConn more.

The other aspect will be is should UConn win it all, you'll have to listen to all the talking heads talk about the "UConn Dynasty".

Anything that pisses off ESPN and most talking heads, I am in favor of. So **** yea.

Doesn't matter to me having an all-B1G Final, but the B1G HAS to bring home a natty this season. Dominated the tourney and have the most dominant team. It's gotta happen.

Only 3 Finals involving conference opponents:

Indiana over Michigan 1976 (ironically, this Final Four also included current B1G members UCLA and Rutgers)
Villanova over Georgetown 1985
Kansas over Oklahoma 1988

Absolutely not. Michigan I could handle, F Illinois and UConn, and I almost want Arizona to win just to spite the fact that it's another team winning a championship that was involved in the FBI corruption scandal not long ago that turned out to have zero repercussions.

I hope Michigan wins the title. Dusty May is one of Ben's pals, and Iowa lost to Michigan by THREE points, thirty less than Tennessee managed yesterday. As Jayb01 notes, Arizona and Sean Miller cheated and got away with it. I used to work in the Quad-Cities with some insufferable Illinois fans, so I detest those orange idiots. (What is there about orange that ruins everything . . . )

Anyway, I'm hoping for a Michigan-Arizona title game in which Michigan dominates from start to finish. That'll take the pressure off law enforcement in Champaign, too, so there's that.

I want Michigan to win it all. As others have mentioned - don’t care for either Hurley or Illinois, but we never complete with UConn for recruits so I hope they win. (Don’t see that happening though) 😎
