He didn't Pardon him but it does appear he listened to some former US Attorneys Generals. From multiple Administrations the reduction of sentence.

You’re quick to call out AOC for allegedly misusing $19k in campaign funds, but you make excuses when Trump gives leniency to a billion-dollar fraudster because some former AGs supported it. That’s the hypocrisy.
At the time, Esformes committed one of the largest healthcare fraud schemes in U.S. history, over $1.3 billion in Medicare/Medicaid fraud with kickbacks, fake billing, and bribery in his nursing homes. How long should he have been in jail? The courts said 20 years!
Trump commuted his 20-year sentence after only about 4-5 years served. He didn’t have to do that. Ask yourself why he would. This was pushed hard by Jared Kushner and the Aleph Institute (a Chabad-linked group). They fought to get this fraudster’s sentence commuted.
All fraudsters, left or right, big or small, should rot in jail. No special treatment for the connected ones.

I didn't make excuses dumbass. I posted more information about the situation. As in multiple Attorney Generals told Trump the man's rights to a fair trial were violated.

What I pointed out about AOC is none of the stuff she was involved in help her. As she's still mentally ill and dumb as ****.

Trump didn't commute his sentence because he felt bad the guys rights were violated, he did it because his friends (SON INLAW) wanted him to.

That's one name out of numerous that was Listed. Again not defending the guy. But if he didn't get a fair trial that's a problem that you need to take up with the Prosecutors as it probably wasn't necessary to do shady **** get him.

Democrats opened our borders to the world, released illegal, criminal aliens out on the street who then killed Americans, raped children and run drugs. They also protect illegal, criminal aliens from deportation and law enforcement. Abolish ICE, don't pay DHS, abolish police, socialism, communism, spend billions on illegal aliens by taking from American citizens....etc....etc....etc.

What has this Esformes done since released or granted? Democrats commute child rapists, murderers, gang members aid and abet criminal foreign nationals, root for Iran, march with Communists and you want to say commuting Esformes is equally as bad?

Dude you are trying way to hard. That **** happened in 2020 and it's not going to stop any fraud investigation going on today by anyone. If one of your corrupt Democrat friends get caught up in it they can ask for pardon in about a hundred years when a Democrat gets elected again as President.

I mean Democrats keep commuting people who are illegally in our country and then kill American citizens, including raping children. Trump commuted a criminal. What new crime has he committed since being commuted?

Once in 2024 after his sentence was communicated in 2020. The guy is a POS so you got to wonder how bad prosecutors screwed up that several Bush appoint Attorney Generals asked Trump to release him from jail. His entire sentence wasn't done away with so obviously people agree he's a turd.

Trump put JD Vance in charge of the Fraud Task Force. He will want results regardless of party or he wouldn't have picked him. The incident you mentioned above was done in 2020. Which means Barr had his hands all over it. Hence the assistance from former Bush appointees. Considering what was going on then I will cut Trump some slack. Vance wants those that truly need assistance to get it but he's not going to tolerate fraud. That hurts the tay payers and it hurts those that do need some help.
