Losing Stirtz is going to hurt big time. Everything on offense ran through him. Guys were passing up 6-10' shots to get rid of the ball. We are going to need a super skilled PG that can create and defend and a meaty big 6'10" or taller that can defend and rebound. I really worry about the offense without Stirrz.

Agree with the need for pg and big.

Losing Stirtz may not be as big a hit as we think. As you said…guys were passing up shots. Without Stirtz as a “crutch”, maybe players will start taking the shots they are passing up now. This should get other players scoring more, which will only help the team. But, a skilled pg will still be needed to make that happen.

He’s a long long ways from truly contributing against any of the top teams. He can shoot and pass it a bit but he’s very very slow, especially defensively.
