Supposedly pushing a billion dollar net worth. He could have a fleet of drivers if he could learn from all of his past issues
People with lots of money have the mindset I can drive and law enforcement won’t do anything. We have no idea how many wealthy people have beaten a dui or other traffic violations, look at the politicians drive under the influence and most get off that’s why they drive . One talking head mentioned that as many surgeries as tiger has had a good chance he’s addicted to pain medication.
He plead guilty to reckless driving 9 years ago having 5 different prescription meds in his system including ambien and opiates.
He may not get to plead this one down?
Not alcohol related but he was under the influence of something that’s why he refused to submit to a piss test . Seeing his booking photo is pretty obvious he was on something.
Cop said that. I don't trust cops. They'll make up stuff and say probable cause.

He blew 0.00 nine years ago as well and his team of attorneys got him a deal to plead to reckless.
This is #2, so may not be as easy to get out of this time. He has money, so that will help. His attorneys will be glad to take as much of it as they can, helping him try to finagle out of another mess.

Again A DUI is not just alcohol related. I believe he has an addiction to pain meds from all his surgeries. Google his mugshot and then tell me he wasn’t under the influence of something. He refused a piss test for some reason

This man doesn't have an entry level opioid addiction. He has a multiyear, multi-layered opioid addiction. That level may not bankrupt a guy, but it will kill a guy.
That's not entry level. He's well experienced. And in denial. This is like the third accident where he's probably been looped out of his mind.
