Women trying to lose worse than the men

I never understood people saying how great Brooks is. I've watched them a few times and they never look prepared and take alot of terrible shots.
We have no chance in this game, can’t get a rebound, one and out and can’t get around the 6 foot high and 6 foot wide bulls they have. They have had to many run outs, it’s to easy. Brooks is going to have to have more beef to get to the upper echelon in the SEC. Every team we face has at least two bulls that are tall and wide, our girls are getting pushed around way to easy.
They are slow and can’t handle the ball pressure it’s a mirror image of how the men’s team played. Getting out rebounded too
Our girls look like and play like girls, Texas girls(I think) look like they just came out of a combat zone all you would need to know if you were to get married to one of them is do they want their eggs fried or scrambled!! not mush of a game...pros against amateurs
There's a massive gap between the elite and everyone else. I looked at UK's line today out of curiosity and noticed UConn's ML tomorrow against Notre Dame is -100000. Never seen that before.

It’s almost impossible for me to watch women’s basketball. It’s so bad. Idk why out of all the sports it makes the women look awful. Softball, volleyball, tennis, soccer, etc. all make it look like the women can at least hang with men. With basketball you can tell right off there’s no chance.
U can tell how far UK will go in a women's ncaa tournament max by the bracket. They can't compete with a 1 seed.
I watched 3 min ... just checking in to say #5 has the all the ball handling skills of Jasper Johnson on a bad day . I swear she had three bad passes in 15 seconds .
Brooks has clearly improved the program but we’re still not at the elite level.
Everyone is playing for 2nd place to UConn anyway just like everyone is playing for 2nd place to Arizona on the men’s side.
He has 3 McDonalds burger girls coming next year so that should help.
At least Brooks has something coming next year that Pope doesn’t… 3 McDonald’s All American’s that will help tremendously!

Yep, the 300 pounder for TX almost killed Strack and refs called nothing. Not saying it’s the reason we lost because TX is just better. I’m glad Morgan, Key and Boone won’t be here next year. Hope Strack stays.
But they are not big bruisers. He’s got to solve the physical interior players.

Not really. I still believe they will both be successful here.
Morgan is the worst good player in history. lol. Leads the country in assists. Also close to leader in turnovers. When you can shoot like our girls it’s no wonder she had that many assists. Anyway, loved watching the lady’s play this season and hopefully next year they’ll continue to improve. Got to have sound ball handlers who don’t throw the ball halfway up the bleachers when you see a little pressure. Goes for the men as well.
OMG. I just said the exact same thing about Morgan. Crazy that you think the same way.
Yeah she’ll be back and he’ll go get some great girls to help her. Probably get an awesome leader at the point as well so the freshman won’t have to carry us early. I’m looking forward to next season all ready.
I think that gap is wayyyyy large with the women then men.

Maddyn Greenway the incoming point guard led the nation in scoring. I think she will be really good even as a freshman. She looks strong.
I hope she’s ready to go right away but this is a big jump for a college freshman. Some can come in a lead a team right away but it’s pretty rare. I’ve watched a lot of her games and she’s a great little player but she needs a time in the weight room and time to learn Brooks playbook. I think she’s going to lead Kentucky to new heights, I also think she’s going has to go through the process. Not a whole lot of those kids like the Oklahoma freshman point guard. Being Clark’s last season, we need a true leader to run the team and handle the pressure if we’re going to compete for a title. Love Maddie for sure and she’s the future.

there's kind of a limit to what you can do in this sport currently.
They beat WVU at WVU to get to the Sweet 16. They advanced one round further than their seeding would suggest. I'd say a Sweet 16 isn't the worst result for this women's baseketball team.
I mean Mitchell took them to 3 Elite Eights..........but other than that it's not as if there's some huge history of success here lol.

UK needs the pg from Vandy. And she was a freshman this year.

Kev honest question. What is telling you Mark Pope will be an elite coach and win to elite levels? There is no indication of that in his present or history. What are you basing this on?
I’d like to understand what you’re seeing here. I’ve never heard of a guy go from low-mid level coach for 10/11 years then in year 12 becomes elite?
He’s improved the program from when Ellzy was here, but not from Mitchell. At least not yet.
