Yeah don’t understand the approach some times. Stare at two down the middle and then swing at a dirt ball simply because you put yourself in that 2 strike situation by not being aggressive on a fastball in the zone….

Ben is actually not on the call it's Dave Nathan for the UNC radio. But Ben is a great broadcaster, I recommend checking out the Cal games, he called all of those by himself.
I know this guy can go up to 120 pitches, but swinging at the first pitch and getting a pop fly isn’t ideal.
Jason uses his fastball real well there, right down the middle but with Waters not looking for the heater, even with less in zone movement, gets the K
Interesting look right now going into the top of the fifth. Radel and DeCaro both are through 4 IP, have allowed two runs on three hits, a homer, 0 walks and 6 Ks.

So many guys have gotten opportunities the last two years and no one has seized it yet.
I wouldn’t call putting someone in the lineup for a game then going back to French, an opportunity
He’s definitely got some things to fix in his swing if he wants to go pro.
Made him throw a ton of pitches but man it is deflating not to get that run in. Gavin has to do a job there.
Can’t stand RISP with zero outs like that. Not against this team. Let’s go boys!!!
Just terrible not to score a runner from third with zero outs and the top of the lineup….
