B. Make it clear that you weren't signing right away -- still time to up that offer!

With Noah and Potter returning, the team is getting pretty crowded anyways.
A potential future lottery pick isn’t going to put that at risk playing for Pope. Pope hasn’t proven himself to be able to win while also getting players to the league. Hot seat is also going to hurt his recruiting sales pitch

I would have already given him a deadline before my better offer expired. If no commitment by X date then the NIL package declines and I’m extending other offers. Coaches let these players and their handlers have too much control and go all in and end up getting screwed. If you’re not the dog wagging the tail then the tail will wag the dog. If reports are true that he prefers Kansas over UK I don’t want him here anyway, he will never be truly bought in.
If we’re looking for players who play for the name on the front of the jersey we should change the name of the school to the University of Tyran Stokes.
