He’s still suspended by the school and there’s 0% chance that he plays. I guess it’s not completely impossible that he could be thinking about attending the game (which would be a distraction the team doesn’t need in my opinion), but that hasn’t been reported yet. It’s more likely at the moment that he just intends to go home while the process plays out given that he’s not from Alabama, and the reports about this are connecting unrelated events.

Never doubt Nate Oats pursuit of winning. The guy is willing to push the envelope off the table if need be.
Yep. Oats will do anything it takes. And really that’s the name of the game now. He’ll probably get a ship at some point with a good team and a good draw, but I don’t see him as a 2 time champ. It’s possible but I see one likely and unlikely 2.

I don't know if Oats would play a guy charged with a Class C Felony (punishable by 5-10 years in prison) and accused of being a drug dealer. But he might. It's not like he was involved in a murder or anything.

I put nothing past Oats at this point. Found a judge who looked at saw Bama plays Michigan and needs all the help it can get to avoid getting Arkansas'd tonight. 🤷‍♂️ :ROFLMAO:
