He was sitting by the scorers table. I wonder if it was supposed to be offensive/defensive sub. And it was a different player and the coaches fault.... Someone else was supposed to be #5.

Either way.... Just a massive screw up and just adds to the choking legacy of Nebraska. CRAZY

Well that is never a players fault that is all on the head coach and the 17 asst coaches he has and the 14 managers on the bench as well as the 9 trainers and even the team doctor!

the refs didnt notice because I think they would have held up the inbounds to let Nebby get their 5th player in. Is that a responsibility of the refs?

Lol, that prompted me to go check on the husker board. My favorite comment in their main thread about that was 'it would have been pretty badass if it would.have worked'. Lol. By Hawkink.c.1. Who I don't remember being on of ours, that person post here?

I'd like to think that it isn't the responsibility of the refs....

But Nebraska fans will blame the refs. Boooooo
