First of all, she didn't start until July 31.
If you looked at her resume or spent 90 seconds talking to her, you'd realize she is brilliant and very capable of handling the job and was hired for that reason, not because she's a woman.

SO, in 8 months:

She raised $9m in her first 4 months
She started the R NIL program
She hired Todd Kinsley as the Chief Operating & Revenue Officer
She launched Scarlet Knight Enterprises
She hired Dann Kabala as the VP for R NIL
She fired Coquese
She hasn't slept with any of the coaches on staff & hasn't dismissed any player complaints about coaches she's sleeping with (because she's not sleeping with any of them)

She approved? Do you really think an AD has the ability to sign off on a $2 billion deal with zero input from the BOG, President, legal counsel, CFO/treasurer? Much less someone that was on the job for 2 months like Zinn.
