Ben wanted him. He was always a Hoiberg fan and had a good relationship with him. I think he came to Iowa initially because of his brother.

His parents look like asses with the over the top high fives and fist pumps in the crowd. They never did that at Iowa. I know they had some jerk fans harass them about thier oldest son but they really seem to try and sell the move.

Given the year Pryce had probably the top 3-point shooter in the country and has the quickest shot impossible to defend if he gets the ball on that move he has...he should be 1st round NBA pick. He should jump at that prospect while it's there and move from on the gbr cult...besides Sam the heart and soul of Nebraska will be gone next year along with Mast and their other good senior guard. Nebraska will never have a season like this again. #5 is good though.

We didn't really have a nationally televised game in the spotlight. I would imagine if we did and Peyton was dropping 3's in the sweet 16 you might have seen some of that.
I was 10 the last time we were in the elite 8. I still remember that blown lead to UNLV. One of my first of many heartbreaks in Hawkeye sports. We just won one of the biggest two games in many of our lifetimes. I'm going to enjoy that, soak it in and get ready for Saturday instead of focusing on a former player we just beat.
