Anyone found anyone in the media criticizing UNC for firing Hubert?

Seriously. UNC has been significantly more successful than us during his run and he's still getting canned. Granted it spanned 2 coaches for us but still ridiculous that they don't catch any heat for firing Hubert.
You mean the media didnt diss UNC for firing a black coach like they did UK when we pressured Tubby? Consider me shocked
Tubby wasn’t even fired either. I don’t think he was pressured to leave, he was asked to improve his coaching staff.
Not even that Steven A came out in support of his firing. You can’t make it up.
I watch CNBC quite a bit. Couple days ago in their news segment they mentioned the firing. Scott Wapner,!the host said he lost his best player, kind of rolled his eyes and said glad I don’t make these decisions. Kind of a negative reaction but not on a sports media outlet.
Did anyone else hear Kenny Smith just now on the halftime show??? WOW! He talked about how Hubert had advanced UNC basketball and then went off on the whole "family" theme. Nobody else said anything....

Funny thing is I doubt anyone is going to make much of a fuss if Pope gets fired next year. Weirdly enough he doesn’t seem well-liked by his peers or the media. The fact that BYU fans called him a “tool” makes me wonder if his personality in person is much different from the one we see.
