The math speaks plainly as day. Democrats have huge enthusiasm behind them right now, and Republicans keep losing in places where just in November of 2024, they were winning big.

hard to argue with the truth..someone can rationalize, but democrats have the momentum for 2026
There's nothing to rationalize. People don't like what's going on and they blame the people in charge.

I tried to look up Gregory's policy positions and here's all I found:
  • As a mother, military spouse, and small business owner she experiences the same challenges as the people.
  • She's worked with new moms who need support and people who do everything right but struggle to get ahead.
  • Her district deserves a representative who listens.
  • She'll bring common sense leadership and a healthier more hopeful future for all.
I'm not sure how any of that is going to lower the cost of groceries, health insurance, or new homes but hope springs eternal.

Now compare that to a Trump toady who will be a doormat to anything his master commands.

Ideally, you'd like to see that translate into working with the Dems more than zero.
well, to be fair, yes trump needs to work with Dems and Dems need to work with republicans.

When democrats take over house, how long will it be before an article of impeachment is put on the house floor?

Honestly, even though he deserves it, I doubt that will be a priority right off the bat. If they do it, it'll be a few months into the new term though I'm not convinced they will unless they know they have support from Senate Republicans.
