Really good stuff.
Check this out & watch:
That, Hawkeye fans, was a good day. A very good day.
He has 4 nat'l titles to his name. He's got a crazy win % in the 80% range. He's won at every level of college ball there is. NBA and college coaches seek him out for consulting on offense....particularly screening. He ain't swiss cheese.Geez man he has won one big game here at Iowa. Look, I’m glad he us our coach but let’s tine it down a bit.

I've been in Carver when it was packed and raucus. Carver can be a huge home court advantage. Ben has seen that and wants to bring that back. Many great coaches with long track records. Ask that question 5 to 10 years from now.Ben has worked his a$$ off in getting people to attend games, too.
Remember when he was up in the student section during football games?![]()
Those are the facts. Deal with it, everyone else.![]()

That surprises me.And I hate to say it, but I would imagine Kansas, North Carolina (and other schools) fans are saying they should at least give Ben a call.
Kansas has a lot of NIL money; North Carolina apparently doesn't.

I have no information but I think this was his dream job. He’s been loyal where he’s been for to long. I personally think if everything goes right he’ll retire a Hawkeye. I just don’t see him leaving. I feel like it’s where he wants to be.Bill Self is making, on average, $10.60M annually (5 yrs, $53M). He is pondering retirement.
Ben is making, on average, $3.79M annually (6 yrs, $22.75M).
I hope Ben is really, really, really happy in Iowa City.

Kansas' Bill Self signs new $53 million contract making him college basketball's highest paid coach
Self is now the highest paid coach in the sport, surpassing Kentucky's John Calipariwww.cbssports.com
Alvaro was originally going to be the inbounder on the game winner. But Ben was worried he'd take too much of a risk with the entry pass so he had Cooper inbound the ball instead.
I sure hope that moron doesn’t pick Iowa Thursday. Kiddos to Ben for even taking that interviewHoly crap.
Crazy to think how differently the end of that game could have turned out.
Wanna try that again in English?Geez man he has won one big game here at Iowa. Look, I’m glad he us our coach but let’s tine it down a bit.
Coop made the perfect pass.Holy crap.

TJ is much hotter right now. Creighton, etc.I have no information but I think this was his dream job. He’s been loyal where he’s been for to long. I personally think if everything goes right he’ll retire a Hawkeye. I just don’t see him leaving. I feel like it’s where he wants to be.
Good read from former NWMS player…
