It’s favoring Iowa State but not the reason UK is losing. Can’t turn the ball over like this and expect to beat a 2 seed.
To allow Iowa state to play so physical while we get called for some touch fouls.
And of course it’s not the only reason we are losing that doesn’t mean the refs have been good.

I already turned this one off because the outcome is clearly going to be decided by the refs. I am currently considering whether I will even watch next season. The **** with UNC years back took away a lot of my joy for the game, because it was clear the same rules simply do not apply to all teams. If the rules aren't applied equally then it is no longer sport. It is "sports entertainment" which I have no interest in.
When you get advertisements encouraging you to gamble on the sport you are watching, during the broadcast, there is zero chance the sport is still legitimate. It's disheartening but I have no control over it. At this point I haven't watched college basketball outside of Kentucky in maybe 5 years, and my desire to watch Kentucky play in a corrupt faux-sport is barely hanging on by a thread.

Refs are trash but we are also just not good. Got lucky they were cold to start the game. I think game called evenly we are still 5-7 points worse than them.
Maybe. How about we find out? We will never know if the officiating crew is on the take.
Seriously. This is all I ask for. The ONLY thing I need to be able to enjoy a basketball game is that the refs call it the same for both teams. That's it. It's a small ask. I am happy to watch us lose. It happens. I only, only want a game that is called fairly for both teams.

We are timid/scared/afraid (pick your adjective) and letting them dictate with their defense. No backbone with most of our guys and just not competitors.
I have supported CMP but when they are slicing you up you full court press, go zone but ISU is very comfortable offensively.

Well of course everyone would always want an evenly officiated game. When you play overly aggressive defense like they do you usually are gonna get away with some fouls bc they can’t call them all.
If you can’t see we are totally mismatched against this team regardless of officiating, then agree to disagree. This even with their best player out. We are on par with the Santa Clara’s of the world this season. Wish it weren’t true but it is. Completely outclassed, out hustled, out-coached and out talented. JMHO of course.
Just feel like when we blame the refs as fans it overlooks the truth which is this roster could’ve been put together better by a 12 year old.

They literally let IA St intentionally kick a dead ball in front of them with no whistle. If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know I don’t know what to say.
Refs aren't the problem. The aggressors usually get the advantage. We are soft and passive. They are tough and aggressive. Our team is soft and it reflects our coach.
