Chuck Norris isn't dead, death just pissed him off so he went to kick it's àss for a little while.
Chuck Norris actually died in 2006; Death just finally worked up the courage to tell him.
Chuck Norris didn't die at 86, he completed 85 levels and unlocked God mode.
The Dragon Queen should have killed Kit Harrington, and Arya Stark should have killed her. Arya should then have been elected to the Iron Throne, which she yields to her brother Bran because he has seen the Three-Eyed Raven.
