They have real problems. This is not one of them. It’s the opposite of a problem.
His hands aren't connected to his heart, lungs or head. Those are his problems and another year at Iowa isn't fixing it.
Anybody saying Block wants to go 157, did you watch those 2 weight classes? Why in the world would he want to go up into that?
After the Big 10's I thought he might have turned the corner. That continued on the front side of the Nationals. The Henson match was a big reverting back to getting bellied out on rides; horrible body language; marches back to the center as if it were the Bataan Death March, and frankly looking like he was ready to bail.

I don't want to bash any of these guys, but poor effort shouldn't now or ever get a pass. Brands CLEARLY made an example of 1 of those guys, time to do it again after the "evaluation" period Brands likes to trumpet about and repeated in his interview after Nationas. Their teammates have eyes too.
Sorry yes Gabe was a beast a 97 this weekend...but okie had 3 freshman champs. Isn't the goal to win a natty?

Mitchell isn't moving up. Kasak at 157. Duke either RS or compete for 174 vs Henckel.
Explain, please. How is having too many guys for too few spots a problem? Especially for a team at ISU’s level.
