In my mind this was taken care of by his dad in a wrestling heel kind of way.

Was he involved in the Brett Favre scandal (that apparently wasn't much of a scandal, legally, if you're famous)?

I don't pretend to know the details, but this kinda feels like Richardhead political hack government attorneys looking for a big name to skin.

The 17'n people who need to be placed underneath a prison for perpetuity are the government officials who doled out this money like candy. That Davis guy is just a flat out crook.

This stuff now seems small potatoes with what is about to start getting dug up all over the country.

I mean WWE has to bring him back and make this a storyline right? Biggest heel opportunity in a long time. Him, Vince, and the Million Dollar Man come back to take company over?***

All Ted did was spend the money that the State of Mississippi threw at him. Same with Nancy New and Brett Favre.

MDHS, the Governor's Office, and the State Legislature all knew what was happening with the money. Some sooner than others, perhaps, but they all knew.

I could be wrong but I thought dibiase was saying he did events and got paid when he actually didn’t do any events

Brett Favre was paid in advance to do an event but they never called him to do the event. He never said he did it or implied he did.

2nd paragraph is spot on. But you’re being far too easy on the inked who took the money. MDHS & thd governor didn’t just randomly decide to throw mines at them. They were complicit.

Seems like all this ‘fraud’ we’ve seen, is happening at the state level, not federal. Yet the Republicans want to give more power to the states, where there is much less oversight. Hmmmmmm…..

While its shocking, the fed's >98% conviction rate makes me believe he is really not guilty.
Very misleading number because it includes guilty pleas and very very few people take the feds to trial.

The Feds typically don’t come until they have the goods but I follow a lot of OC federal crimes and 1 mistake the Feds make in almost every trial they lose is who the CWs & CIs are. When cuffs go on there is a race to get in front of it from defendants and those who flip first are often the biggest scumbags in the ordeal and will lie about anything to get off. Any case the feds lose the cooperating witnesses typically get nuked into oblivion on the stand on cross.
