I hate the results this year and it's fair to say we are not a very competitive team this year. But to say that the university of Kentucky basketball program has become irrelevant is one of the most moronic takes of all time. We are an effin 7 seed and being spoken about more than most of the number one seeds. A number 7 seed coach doesn't do a press conference and it's a scandal. What other team would that have happened with? irrelevant is Indiana, who no one ever cared about their decline. When Arkansas won the SEC most of the coverage was talking about Kentucky. When they recruit picks another school, they're not celebrating who that School got, but rather than who Kentucky did not. We have had down periods before and always have come back. It may take a couple of years, but I have no doubt we'll be on top again.. so far history has proven me right. I hate where we are right now, but thinking the Kentucky program has died is beyond stupid.
