Great series win and morale boost...especially on the road. Need to stack another ACC series victory next weekend

This is a confirmed bug for some users on the app. On3 tech is working on it. Suggest as a workaround clicking the Forum tab and then Forums at the top (or make the lobby your default board and you'll be able to go from there).
I am having the same issue. When I click on the basketball premium board, I get the football premium board. Glad I am not the only one.

I think this cancels out the wobble last weekend. First off, I’m not sure how UVa was so slept on by the punditry considering they likely have two first rounders in their lineup and a great coach. That aside, Cal may not be good, but they were hot, and Carolina’s starting pitchers absolutely dealt. Only gave up 6 runs, had 10 hits per game, and showed some really great outfield defense. A sweep in the first west coast swing is some strong whiskey.

I wonder how much patience Forbes have with Seagraves going forward. There’s really no excuse not to close that one out. His delivery is inconsistent, and velocity is done as well..
Yeah, I'm concerned... Cam supposedly had top 3 "stuff" on a VERY talented pitching staff last year. Yes, his main issue was control, and that prevented him from being a regular out of the pen or even starting midweek with regularity. I remember his fastball sitting at 95 with some outings even higher. But that velocity hasn't been around all year, and the movement on his FB seems less as well.

His fastball does seem jump out of his hand, IMO. Watching it today from right behind the on deck circle, it looked so much faster/ harder to pick up than McDuffie's (both were consistently 92 with their FB). I think it's a function of his delivery... as it's hidden longer, IMO. But I also think that delivery is part of his control problem. It seems whippy and hard to replicate that release point.

Bottom line is that his velo is down, and the control issues are still present obviously... so unless both issues get rectified, I'm not sure how helpful he will be this year. And if not, that's a big disappointment for me. Can was one of the pitchers I was most looking forward to seeing his second year progression.

Was he not hurt ? That may have something to do with it and working his way through the injury process?
I know you will be shocked that I actually agree with you for once. Let's not forget that Walker wasn't exactly stellar early in the season, coming off his injury, allowing 6 earned runs in his first 6.2 IP. He has allowed none in the next 10 IP.

I hope... but his velo was down where it currently is in his very first appearances of the season before being out with the "injury". Now he's back after some time off, in game situations. I'd assume they wouldn't put him back out there if there's an injury hampering his velo to that extent, and his control. I'd assume they knew this stuff from bullpen sessions or simulated starts recently.
