Golden first two seasons at Florida….40-29….losing record his first year. Second season, 24-12…lost in first round of tournament.

Pope’s first two seasons here so far….45-25…first year he won two tournament games.

2nd season, definitely in the tournament again.

So, by your logic, Florida should have fired Golden after his second season. Sounds brilliant.

Do you know what next year means?

Its quite simple. It means next year.

I never implied taking him instead of Pope when he got hired. No one did.

I think before you consider someone else's logic, you should reflect at your own lack of reading comprehension.

Good points- but Florida has 0 injuries this year. No team has a winning record with 3 starters out for the majority of their season- Pope has managed to have a winning record.
