She helped me, I really distrust standard medical treatment. I'm well trained enough to know what I need and I know certain kinds of guerrilla medicine to help me take care of myself. I've used peptides and pentosan sulfate with great success. Both are available over-the-counter and are easy to use. Essentially you use a subcutaneous injection close to the injury site with either one. pentosan is pretty systemic so if you go close to your injury site or just use it in a general sense. I recommend approximately 1 mL weekly for people who want to be prophylactic about any type of arthritis.

It's been shown to reduce inflammation and potentially reverse cartilage damage. And it's not hard at all under river and kidneys, unlike nsaids.

For the BPC 157 I'd break it up and do it daily for a few weeks. Taking off a Saturday and Sunday help stretch a little bit farther. It's approximately $70 for a five or 10 mg bottle. You have to reconstitute it with sterilize water and then you would use an insulin needle to go subcutaneously near your injury site.
I remember crushing aspirin and mixing it in DMSO to rub on injuries.

Boy have times changed.

Any midlevel coach ( Cael ) can win championships if they have million of dollars and can recruit ( buy ) every number 1 rated wrestlers two deep.

OK, for MatBurnsOnYoFace or ANYONE else who is TRYING to defend salad or ANYONE else, because I do NOT know IF BurnsOnDuhFace is trying to say salad was NOT on the shEEET????

I mean what is yo position hommie??????

So lets use YOUR facts and OTHER facts ONLY shall we!!! You have said that salad wrestled 96KG in 2015  quick math tells us 96 X TWOOOOO and add 10%= 211pounds. INTRESTING!!!!

I mean burntFace you really went down the rabbit hole!!!!! So as I recall there was a "miraculous" level jump in HS where he really changed levels. I am NOT 100% sure what weight he even wrestled in HS(should also be very interesting?) BUTTs -we do know that he was at 211 in 2015!!!

OK, now the B1Ggest question so far will be, WHY in ALL hell, is he cutting down to 197 at good ol F*** st???? FACT is, he DID!!! CRAZY RIGHT???? Who is on the F*** st roster at heavy, where this PHENOM can't beat!?!?!? Is it CARLTON HASILRIG??????

Gets better, so he is wrestling 197, NOT even starting, THEN goes from making 197 to 240(HIS claim on video!) Now IF you ASSuME that he was cutting to make the 211 in HS!!!! What was his walking around weight?

HOW/WHY would he cut from say 225 in HS to 197 in college, especially IF he is a heavy NC level kid????? WHAT am I and ALL others with a BRAIN missing????? I mean the Krailure has a STUD HEAVY and he makes him cut to 197 is what you are telling me????? This UNREAL coach who knows everything and can coach a Monkey to win a championship!??!?!?

So it gets a little fuzzy but he wins a NC and I thought he was granted more years because of Krailure secret F*** st rules???? BUTTs --- he hangs it up and THEN!!!!!!! GET THIS!!!!!!!! He fights in MMA at around 200 pounds!!!!!

I mean this is ABSOLUTLY BAT sssheettt CRAZY!!!!
Most mma fighters walk around 20-30 pounds higher than their fight weight.
They do insane cutting, but weight in early for fights.

I had a similar story, when I was starting out in Powerlifting. We TRAINED and competed at Dr. Ken's IRON ISLAND GYM! I was competing at 181 and hitting around a 500 squat, 350 bench and a 550 deadlift in loose equipment that was not giving me much if anything onto my lifts. Felt they were decent lifts right?

Dr. Ken was well know, wrote articles for PL USA mag etc.... so he would have some TOP lifters come in and at this one meet he had what I believe was the 2nd or 3rd ranked 181 in the country come in to guest lift.

He hit what I would say would be his "openers" for Nationals. It was somewhere around 800 Sq, 500 bench 750 dead!!! I was like WTF!?!?!? I either have to go on HEAVY sheet or compete drug free!!!
Ken Leistner DC. I knew Kens wife Kathy also, as she was honestly one of the most physically tough women around. My brother knew Ken through chiro and myself through Art Jones and Nautilus. To say Ken was well known is quite the understatement.

I interned under Mike Arthur and the Huskers used Nautilus equipment extensively. Ken always asked my brother why he let me play with machines when there was real iron to lift. Ken was the first person I ever learned pood swings from for my hips.

Just hot humid tropical conditions in Southern Maryland that sweated the life out of you.
Funny you talk Pax River. Spent a good bit in Lusby.

John Gamble is fairly legendary and most people have Gamble stories. Powerlifting Magazine had a world renowned photo of him with veins in his trap muscles. About 2-3 years later he was the NSCA Strength Coach of the year. Funny you guys knew him at Virginia. He actually played linebacker in college.

Rich Wenner is also legendary. He if I am not mistaken has some sort of elite status as a CSCS with the NSCA. I'd have to look that up, but I have heard him speak dozens of times at national conferences over the years.

Zain not Zane . Zane Richards was spelled that way

Tell you what, why don't you explain how KemDawg put on over 20 pounds, and you didn't even see the training videos.

I coached for 10 years had a 132 pounder who the second day of the tourney would weigh 150.

If you have the frame for it it is easy as hell to put 20 or 30 on, then take it off.

In all of your rants you were never with them at the scales so you really don't know shite or can prove anything, since you have such a hard-on for Cassar, I would bet his walking around weight was 212-215, when took 7 months to bulk up to heavy, I think he weighed around 232 if memory serves.

None of that is evidence of him being on the sauce.
On day one of the 2019 NCAA tournament Cassar weighed in at 228.2 pounds.

Local Feds in powerlifting used the twenty four hour weigh in it was rather nice to weigh in at 9 am and start pulling during the afternoon or early evening. I have some shoulder issues that prevent me from doing regular barbell squat, I have to use safety bar squats or cambered bar squats. I also couldn't do heavy benches without unnecessary risk so I limited myself to deadlift only meets.

I only cut lightly for two week, cutting carbs then water loading Monday - Wednesday. Friday I ate like the Bloomsburg fair was in town.

The rule on that stuff from what I heard was, it's the last resort. If you take it early, you're gonna hit your ceiling earlier if you wait until you're fully mature after years and years of solid training underneath your belt, supposedly your gains are better and potential potentially more solid.
Correct, in this day and age though everyone wants it all quick and easy.

I felt great when I had a 5 lb improvement in a month on a BP, that wouldn't cut it for some anymore.

1) Salad wasn't cutting SHEET!!!
2) EXTREMELY hard to gain that kind of weight while also being a D1 wrestler
3) uhhh Jan to OCT????? LMAO You start your college season in OCT??? Maybe official kick off but a wrestler better be going hard way before then!
4) IF there is a B1G special, please link it here, would LOVE to see these lies^^^^
5) STILL waiting to here why he was down to 205 AND why he looks like a bean pole again?
6) My guess is you never pulled the weight you are talking-especially in any competition!!!
7) a skinny 148 does NOT pull 500!!!

You can't listen and LEARN from people who know MORE then you!!! My guess is, they have some Doctor or Doctors writing prescriptions for various SHEET as well as some taking other SHeeetttt!!!

INTERNATIONALLY, your prescription does not cut it! That is why, withe the "champions" they have had, some who totally dominated the sport for years!!! You would expect at least a few to be make noise on the world stage!!!

1, that is ONE, Olympic gold from DT who was NOT even an original F*** st recruit and he LEFT!!!!

I mean Salad beat GS for CHRIST sake!!! GS won an OLYMPIC GOLD!!!! SALAD couldn't make the USA squad!!!! You might think salad would go out there and tear it up!!!! Especially since there is even a better weight class for him to enter!!!!

Where are Ruth, rutherford, nicles, nolf, RbyJelly, bablin(well we know) starFISH.......

IOWA over that period had ONE guy on that kind of HIGH level!!! That is SUPERMAN LEE. and although he has been dealing with multiple knee injuries since HS!!! He is one of the BEST in the world with MULTIPLE medals!!!

DeSanto, who was never at the above level, is also doing MORE the MOST of your wrestler internationally and has even beaten some! He deals with well documented issues TWOOOO boot!!!
Cassar wrestled on the U17 UWW world team at 96kg (211.2lbs) at the age of 17. He wrestled heavy weight at PSU weighing in between 226-234lbs as a 23 year old senior. Honest question: Do you really believe that the only way he could wrestle 12-22 pounds higher 6 years later is to do it on steroids?

Dr.Ken was ONE of a KIND!!! I wish I got to know him better!!! Some of the old skool Nautilus machines were way ahead of their time!!!

That is NOT the question!!! As YOU say!!! He wrestled 211 at 17, THEN wrestled 197 at F*** st. THEN went up to 240 according to HIM!!! THEN fought after college at 205!!!!

NOW either something is up????? OR are you saying Krailure is an idiot???? He apparently steps in ShhhEEEET getting maybe what could have been the GR8est heavy of ALL-time!!!! YET has him cut to 197????? SALAD BEAT GS!!!! SALAD went from wrestling 197 TWOOO 240 in a few months!!!!

SALAD could have been 260+ if he just went heavy right??? Who could have beat him??? Why did he NOT wrestle the special Krailure extra years he was given???? Why did he not wrestle in the Olympics????

Cassar only wrestled one year @ 197, Nick Nevels was the heavyweight, and he could not beat him out. Cassar was in competition with Shakur for the start, and didn't get it at Big 10s. Nevels graduated, so he decided at the end of the season to move up. Why didn't he stay at 197 I bet your thinking, because he would have to contend with Bo Nickals. Heavyweight was the only place he could compete to start. He could not break into the lineup prior to 2017 due to injuries (at any weight class). If you were a head coach would you be all in on a wrestler that for 2 years straight could not stay healthy?

He actually had one year left in eligibility for 19-20 but as chronicled injured his shoulder again @ the US open Freestyle that prior summer. That injury and loss dashed any olympic dreams.

There is also an interview of him on Youtube explaining why he decided to cut to 205 for MMA.

Regardless of what you think of him, his is a great story of redemption and faith you yourself when nobody else believed in him.

Like I have ALREADY said, I gave him credit AND asked LOGICAL questions about his career, which you seem to know MUCH more about then me!!!

AGAIN, there are SOOOOO many questions? For example, WHY could he NOT beat the FAT nevels out when he beat GS!?!?!? WHY would Krailure have a kid with such injuries a) wrestle instead of shirt OR medical shirt OF F*** st magic shirt???? b) why would he have an injured kid CUT weight???? c) WHY would a HS kid, who one of YOUR fans said was CUTTING to make 211 go to F*** st and cut MORE!?!?!?

I mean THIS^^^^ whole thing gets MORE stupid/FISHY the MORE you hear it!!!! He also was said to make that MIRACULOUS jump his SR year in HS!?!? I forget the details which I am guessing you might know???? BUTT - he came out of no where from what I remember so I would LOVE to hear his HS weight classes!!!!

BUTT- he then, as now a young man, goes DOWN from his HS weight, which he was reportely CUTTING to get TWOOOOO!?!?!? I know exactly ZERO people who have done this!!!! Just think, a HIGH level 17 year old HS kid. who wrestled 211, then weighed as much as 240!!!! Is now in his early 20s fighting 35 pounds bellow his top weight!!!! WOW

BUTT- He can FIGHT MMA!!!! BUTT- he can not WRESTLE!!!! <<<< This is because of injuries, reportly his shoulder???? WHICH sport would YOU consider worse for protecting his shoulder????

ALSO, SALAD is just ONE kid guys!!! JUST STOP with the LIES and admit what WE ALL KNOW!!!!!

That weight swing is not unusual. Look at daniel cormier. College 184-97 then ufc 205 hwt 205. Then in middle somewhere in FS.

Because he took a job making a million a year for his family instead of being what at Penn State? That would be really dumb to rule him out over that. Lol
Maybe we can snag him when the Brands get the boot.
No, David reportedly did some things that went behind Cale’s back and caused some strained feelings. I doubt that Cale will be doing things to help David out in the near future. Rumors to this effect or fairly common knowledge among Penn State fans. Cale admitted as much in a conversation we were having last season.

you can bash there intelligence but they still won 6 big ten and 4 ncaa championships were the favorite for a 5th until a global pandemic cancelled it Zalesky won 3 big ten and Ncaa tittles what im trying to say is after Cael retires you never know what's gonna happen im sure they'll hire a great coach.but 30 years ago or 20 years ago those were slam dunk hires for iowa
I agree with your sentiment wholeheartedly. As a former wrestler and graduate of Penn State in 1970, I have followed the wrestling program there… And have had season tickets since 1985. So I have seen Penn State at different levels over the years but not at the level they have performed in the last 15 years. I see how a lot of the Penn State band base (particularly the newer fans) are smug, arrogant, assuming and boastful. However, if you would go back to 2010 and look at the comments on this board, they would be very similar..

I have not taken the time to look it up, but I bet you, Daniel Cormier’s weight swings through college, freestyle, and UFC were very similar if not wider range particularly at UFC. When you’ve got the frame that Cesar had it’s not unusual or uncommon at all. Honestly, it’s a disappointment. Iowa has not been able to put that kind of weight on Ben K over a three year. Period. Period.

DUDE, you posted a guy YOU said wrestled 184-197 and fought UFC at 205!!!!! I have asked MANY times for ANYONE to post ANY team that has had similar "odd" movements of wrestlers at ANY time in HISTORY!!!!

YOUR example, does NOT help!!!! Some have pointed to ONE particular guy on some team and that AGAIN does not hold water!!!! F*** st has had TWOOOO guys go from 174 to 197 and WON and neither guy was what I would call a prototypical person to do this. That is to say one was a bean pole the other 5 foot 6!!!!

Nevels graduated the year before Cassar moved up to heavyweight. Let me add something else on this edit, the reason that I am is I missed a valid question had because it was surrounded by your childish name calling. You asked why didn't he leave? Well his parents and friends wanted him to leave to get an opportunity to start somewhere else. He refused to saying (and I am paraphrasing) I won't be able to win a national championship at any other program than Penn State.

This is from the Big10 Plus network special they did on Anthony. Did you get a membership for it yet so you can watch it. If you haven't do you need me to loan you a few bucks for it?

If there was any chance beat Steveson it was his freshman year do remember what he looked like then? Your bias on this is you keep equating the Gable Anthony beat, with the Gable that one the gold medal. There was a big difference between the two. A few years of maturity tends to do that. The year he wrestled 197 the best heavyweight was Snyder. You think he would have been successful going up to heavyweight that year? In my opinion there was no version of Cassar would ever beat Snyder. In fact the heavyweight version of Cassar we saw beat GS (during his true freshman year) was never going to repeat that later. Sometimes timing in sports works for you. He was in the perfect place, and the perfect time to have a chance, and he did it.

As far as MMA goes, he competed a grand total of 2 times. He is now running a real estate business in NJ. I don't think he has any more athletic aspirations. He was already in college for 5 years (at least) let's add another? Who the heck wants to do that? As far as his weight loss for MMA, did you listen the the interview I told you about? Again, do some work on your own.

All that I know about him is searching and looking up public information (JUST LIKE YOU CAN DO). But you just prefer to throw crap on a wall to see what sticks. I get it, it is your whole schtick, you think it is entertaining to your fellow Iowa fans, I am not so sure your correct.

If you want to know more call 1 305 600 1752 speak to Sharron Elkabas his booking agent. Maybe she will grant you an interview with him.

If you do get on, you should tone your insults down, there is not a lot of distance between his location in Jersey and yours in New York as I would hate to read about any problems you may have on the internet.

I honestly want to believe that you are who you say your are???? Problem is, you make NO sense!!!

1) YES I will take ANY amount of YOUR $$$$ you want to give me!!!!
2) YES he beat GS early BUTT- it would have/ or SHOULD have been even easier IF SALAD went UP early in his career!!!
3) AND he/salad would have been what 275
4) could he beat a rather punny synder, should DESTROY him IF he is 275 and synder what 220 maybe at the time?
5) IF salad wants to fight me(he doesn't) I would gladly do it for $$$$$!!!!

F*** st has had TWOOOO guys go from 174 to 197 and WON and neither guy was what I would call a prototypical person to do this. That is to say one was a bean pole the other 5 foot 6!!!!
And hwt!

Your a great hawk fan and poster here. Very entertaining. However you shoupd herd SL famous words “excuses are for wusses”. Im a hawk fan not our leadership/coaching staff fan. Your full of excuses and reasons why we arent as good as psu. That ship has sailed! They sre better in every area(without a new 28 mil facility). Take PSU out of it and what are all your excuses that we’ve been passed by three or four other teams that have less resources, less credentialed, coaching staff, and worse facilities.? Ill wait! Should be interesting!

I would argue that both OSUs have less resources than Iowa. I can live with 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th for a year here and there. The problem is 4th looks like Iowa's ceiling for the next couple years and that is not good enough for Iowa, even if it isn't bad in the general scope of wrestling.

BRANDs ALREADY DESTROYED F*** st. with a lot less rated talent on their team TWOOOO years in a row!!!!
How are they doing lately? Over 60 percent of your fan base on this site alone wants a change.

Remember what I said about freshman, the time to beat them is their first year, 5 of the Penn State wrestlers were freshman that your senior laden squad beat.

So many ifs maybes woulda's couda's....

Call 1 305 600 1752

Get the answers from the horses mouth (so to speak)

1 Send me your personal details and I will arrange funding for you from a Shylock I know.
2. How could he go up earlier in his career, he was injured 2 consecutive years prior to the year he started a few matches, in fact he wasn't in attending school while injured. (Big 10 special covers this). Are you dense or what?
3. How did rather punny Snyder do against Coon, who probably had to cut weight to make 285?
4. Maybe you could talk him into a match on PPV I am sure we would all pay money to watch the entertainment.

Destroyed ? I recall a 19-17 dual meet win for the hawks in 2020, that was six years ago of course and that was followed by a big ten tournament win later that season, then a national title where the hawks won but PSU had four champions I think? Five years ago.
