They played up to their max ability. They gave us everything they got!!
Give him $10 million and see what he can do.0 for 4. Another failure of a season. March madness birth should be the goal at a minimum. Yet to be done under this coach
Why don’t you?Give him $10 million and see what he can do.
The problem is other teams will have $15 million.Give him $10 million and see what he can do.
Stronger D and questionable offensive sets. The one notable thing about Sha’s offensive sets is that they’re offensive.Give him $10 million and see what he can do.
When we raise our financial game so will the others. These other programs are competitive and when they see us as 10 million they’re going to do what they have to do to put together a more talented roster. The problem is other teams will have $15 million.
well willard set the bar so we got 2 more years.0 for 4. Another failure of a season. March madness birth should be the goal at a minimum. Yet to be done under this coach
He took over a program that didn’t go to any of the previous 4 as opposed to taking over a program that went to 5 of the last 6. Blaney didn’t get a 4th year after taking over a program that went to 5 of the last 6.well willard set the bar so we got 2 more years.
oh stop willard left the program in worse shape than when he inherited it. his first year he had a good team. he bombed recruiting his last few.He took over a program that didn’t go to any of the previous 4 as opposed to taking over a program that went to 5 of the last 6. Blaney didn’t get a 4th year after taking over a program that went to 5 of the last 6.
they never said it for willard. wonder what is different about the two ?To those of you who say 0-4, get a hold of yourself.
what was willard's records before 2016?0 for 4 and .500 career record. He is what his record says he is and that’s average at best. Hasn’t done anything here
Or put $9M into the roster and put $1M into a scouting & personnel department. Seton Hall’s needs to stay middle of the pack in NIL but lets be real, that’s never going to be a strength.Give him $10 million and see what he can do.
0 for 4 and .500 career record. He is what his record says he is and that’s average at best. Hasn’t done anything here
You want me to stop with the facts?oh stop willard left the program in worse shape than when he inherited it. his first year he had a good team. he bombed recruiting his last few.
Remember the days pre 2016 when thr big east was getting 3 teams a year into the dance?they never said it for willard. wonder what is different about the two ?
what was willard's records before 2016?
This is not fact. The big east has had atleast 4 teams a season since the reformation of the league up until 2 seasons ago when only 3 got in.Remember the days pre 2016 when thr big east was getting 3 teams a year into the dance?
It was a joke. Willard’s record his first 4 years was against college basketball giants. The big east dos not have those giants today so why compare records. This is not fact. The big east has had atleast 4 teams a season since the reformation of the league up until 2 seasons ago when only 3 got in.
He is nowhere near a hot seatI don't want to hear about what he did at St. Peter's anymore. It's like Gonzalez reminding everyone he beat Florida. Four years. No tournament appearances. Hot seat next year.
Comparing what Holloway did getting to the elite 8 to Gonzo one win is ridiculous.I don't want to hear about what he did at St. Peter's anymore. It's like Gonzalez reminding everyone he beat Florida. Four years. No tournament appearances. Hot seat next year.
Name a program in a multi bid conference with our level of financial support the last 4 years that has done better.0 for 4 and .500 career record. He is what his record says he is and that’s average at best. Hasn’t done anything here
UCF 3 mil NIL this year is dancing. We have over double there NIL. Wake upName a program in a multi bid conference with our level of financial support the last 4 years that has done better.
For what it’s worth they are “rumored” to actually be in our range. No one really knows exact spend, except apparently for you. They are 52 in the NET we are 54. In Kenpom we are 50 and the are 54.UCF 3 mil NIL this year is dancing. We have over double there NIL. Wake up
FWIW for this one example and I personally have no idea what their NIL figure is. I do know they play in the Big 12 and of course we play in the Big East. That said playing BB and FB in the Big 12 makes the figure noted hard to believe.UCF 3 mil NIL this year is dancing. We have over double there NIL. Wake up
We had 6.5 min payroll for this season. UCF had 3 mil. We had over double. They are a consensus lock to make the tourney as a 9-10 seed. We are going home with nothing yet again. 0 for 4For what it’s worth they are “rumored” to actually be in our range. No one really knows exact spend, except apparently for you. Goodman’s info is not consistent with other reports. Maybe he knows maybe he doesn’t. The good news is your wish won’t be grantedWe had 6.5 min payroll for this season. UCF had 3 mil. We had over double. They are a consensus lock to make the tourney as a 9-10 seed. We are going home with nothing yet again. 0 for 4
Excuses are for losers. The goal every year is the NCAA Tournament. If you don't get in, the season is a failure. School after school are firing their coaches for not making the tournament so those variables mean nothing.First year - average
Second Year - 65th team, left out of tourney - a decision roundly criticized
Third Year - little resources by all accounts. Disaster
This year - better resources, but low. Probably 2 wins away from bid.
Picked by all league coaches as Coach of the Year
There is a reality to the situation you are ignoring. If this was a typical framework - No immediate transfer eligibility and NIL not running amuck. Yes 0-4 makes sense to be very upset about. However, not to factor in those issues is just flawed analysis.
Keep up with the hot takes regardless of thought. Fits well around here. So, your view is that NIL and immediate transfer eligibility did not adversely impact Seton Hall and college basketball? Particularly, for programs that want to develop players over years. Jay Wright would disagree as would the President who held a summit on the state of college sports last week.Excuses are for losers. The goal every year is the NCAA Tournament. If you don't get in, the season is a failure. School after school is firing their coaches for not making the tournament so those variables mean nothing.

I contribute. Do you or do you just run your mouth. Why don’t you?
Some will so do we just throw in the towel? The problem is other teams will have $15 million.
I'm not wasting my contribution dollars on athletes who won't be thankful 12 months from now. St Jude's children will be thankful the rest of their life. Every dollar I can contribute goes to a cause like that. I wouldn't waste $1 I give to them on a college athlete.I contribute. Do you or do you just run your mouth.
No, that wasn't the point. The point is that it is a never ending arms race that Seton Hall will always be behind in. And it's always the fans fault. Some will so do we just throw in the towel?
Mic drop and lock this thread! No, that wasn't the point. The point is that it is a never ending arms race that Seton Hall will always be behind in. And it's always the fans fault.
We are the easiest team to guard in the conference. Heck, from time to time, we still run the Willard weave....Sha’s offensive sets is that they’re offensive.
