While I am not happy with this season’s results,
I’m still in support of my program and head coach. You can quote this post with another keyboard warrior smarta$$ retort but it doesn’t change the fact that you’re wrong.
Mark Pope is a smart guy and he will learn from this season. I believe we were forced to build this roster primarily from the portal and it’s shown how precarious it can be to get multiple upperclassmen from other schools to play together. Then this roster was disrupted with 3 significant injuries and it’s been a scramble to find rotations.
Pope will be back next season. Maybe you need to take a year off and spend game days sending love letters to Bruce Pearl.

Florida is definitely not the team they were last year. Their guards are gonna get em beat before elite 8. And their forwards are some traveling mugs who never seem to get called for it. Outside refs may not overlook that like the SEC clowns do.

Some of you folks who got cocky and rude after struggling to beat the 16th and 9th place SEC teams are in for a reality check. I don’t know what some of you were even thinking. It’s embarrassing.
It is a little weird someone could watch that game and somehow think the refs had anything to do with the outcome. Accountability is lost on a lot of people.

I think he tried to change the roster to be more physical and longer. That didn’t work for multiple reasons. He probably needs to go back to recruiting guys who fit his system better.

I don’t know what you’ve seen from UK admin to think that he’ll be held accountable. Man should be forced to revamp his staff this offseason from the malpractice this year, but he won’t. Sometimes sports admin are completely fine just collecting checks and not doing much else. Most the fans seem satisfied considering how many went to Nashville.
Let’s hope we have a real AD who has identified and locked up his guy before any of that nonsense goes on.
