Oweh definitely needs to keep shooting every time he touches the ball. I’m just saying that one of them will eventually go in……maybe.
I’m afraid it’s about to get ugly. We really missed our chance with UF going 2/13 from 3 in the first half. We couldn’t take advantage & it’s only a matter of time before UF starts hitting some 3s. I’ll never understand how or why you only recruit a cpl of decent shooters & ball handlers for a system that is totally reliant on perimeter shooting & ball movement. Mr Analytics couldn’t have been more antithetical with his approach to this roster.
Attitude and effort is a reflection of your coaching staff. Pope has allowed terrible shot selection and half asses efforts all year, you can’t just flip a switch.
A team with excellent guards will beat FL in the big dance.
