Well, certainly progress to go from losing by 32 to them a few weeks ago to being under 10 with 3 minutes to go on a night where our best player just didn't have it. Just about over though.

Unfortunate. But these guys played so incredibly hard and clearly are a different group than a few months ago, heck even weeks ago. Definitely need more talent but hopefully we maintain enough of this core as well. At least Francis and Buchanan is a solid start.

Competitive close to the season but it was well established Rutgers proved it was on the level or above the level of the other bottom dwellers of the league and MOSTLY non competitive against the top half of the league

that’s a roster and talent issue more than anything else if you’re consistently soundly beaten by the top level of the league and also consistently beating the bottom tier with the same roster

i don’t have issues with a very small amount of this “core” coming back, we need upgrades at a lot of positions. 3 or 4 maybe stay and some should have backup roles. We need a bunch of new starting level players.
