Someone to work with RU QBs is a good move in my opinion
Should help AJ be able to step up into the starters position or help Dylan use his BC experience to make RU more competitive with the top programs they play , if he's running the show.

> Best known for his stint working with Eli Manning and the New York Giants, first as quarterbacks coach in 2015 before being named offensive coordinator for the 2016 and 2017 campaigns, Sullivan is a veteran quarterbacks coach at the NFL level who has worked with the signal callers with the Steelers and Giants, and also has experience working with the receivers during a handful of season with the Giants as well in the mid-2000s.<

Can't say for sure, because he has various coaching roles during his long coaching career, but the man is best known for coaching QBs besides being Schiano's OC at Tampa Bay

just read the article, you're right.
All I can say is Rutgers needs good QB play and having someone exclusivly working with QBs would be a good move in my opinion.
With the number of people supposedly on Schiano's staff, you'd think one would have been hired for just the QBs .
OOPs, I was wrong, just did a google search and come up with this >Assistant Quarterbacks Cade Ciarrocca
searched for Cade's qualification , but his Rutgers staff bio is empty .
So with a little more searching on google found something that proves nepotism is not involved :cautious:

One of Greg’s kids has been qb coach for years.
Not true, it's been Ciarrocca's son (Cade Ciarrocca) who has been the Asst. QBs coach, Kirk is the full time QBs coach.

As I mentioned before Cade got a new job, a promotion at North Texas.

This might be new, not entirely sure. If anything, he’s like third in command. Kirk is the main quarterbacks coach and always has been, Cade was second in command and was replaced by Jeff Carpenter.
Cade not listed at North Texas coaching staff, but his X bio says "Mean Green".

He’s had the title for last season and next. (2 years).

Didn’t realize that Chas Dodd is on the Staff. {S&C}
Opportunity to work with the QBs.(?)
He has been on the strength staff from day 1. I agree that he would be a great asset to coach QBs. When we attended some practices a couple of years ago, he was throwing to wide receivers, and he still has a great arm.

Always loved that guy as our starting QB.
