It really is a remarkable thing. Indiana is a respectable program. Though no longer top tier in the BIG, to win 7 in a row over a decent team like that is one of those quirky things that makes sports so interesting.
Indiana went 56-3 against us from 1971-2003. The first Big Ten win I saw in person was us beating IU during my freshman year in 2003 breaking a 15-year, 26-game losing streak against them.
Since then we are 21-17 against the vaunted Hoosiers. Mike Davis was 7-3 against us including losing to us three years in a row (2003-05), Kelvin Sampson was 3-0, Tom Crean was 7-9 including 1-6 in his first three seasons (2009-11), Archie Miller was 4-2, Mike Woodson was 0-5 and Darien DeVries is now 0-2.
