Great win. Mart top notch as usual. Jake West 18 points and really good D. Tre tough inside on O and played an all around good game. The D only allowed 24 pts in the 2nd half. On the BTN they mentioned on a run NU made we had West, Tre, Gelo, Reid and Clayton. 2 freshman 1 sophomore and 2 juniors. A very young team. Can't wait for these guys to hit the weight room in the off-season. Well yes I can wait. Let's beat the Boilers tomorrow. Would love to see the team get an invite to the Crown.

Looking at Torvik's site, we would've needed to win both Minnesota games, along with Rutgers and Purdue at home to get to Dayton if we lose today. Would've needed to beat Purdue today to get into the main field. Just too many losses, but at least we can enjoy this late season run.
That's okay, we're just gonna make up for those four by winning the next four.

Yeah, like I argued a week ago, we really weren’t that far away. The advanced ratings like us. A few baskets/stops here and there.
Wish Nick could get another run at it with this roster a year older and stronger. West’s emergence (and Tre, who isn’t lighting it up statistically but is growing stronger via the eye test and developing a nice chemistry with West) makes this off-season to come quite interesting.
