This tourney actually sets up favorably. Certainly an underdog and a Wednesday exit wouldn’t be surprising, but think Minny and UCLA are possible. For no good reason, we’ve managed to give MSU games if we make it to Friday.
It’s a super long shot, but it’s not terrible positioning.
Been there before. Pikes post season record after first 2 years with Sanders and MSG isnt good at all....BUT hoping that changes. Need to find a W here. It's certainly possible.agreed...i'm sure we're going nowhere but our path to the finals is about as easy as one could hope.
Your last sentence is belied by your first three. We have difficulty attacking an average zone. Their zone defense is exceptional and changes based on where the ball is. Knight is in over his head. That said, we should win.
I totally disagree. Minny - UCLA, two teams who we lost by like 30, maybe our 2 worst losses of the season besides Michigan, are the 2 in front of us. Some years we’ve had a good draw and blew it, this year I actually think it’s a bad draw. Maryland ironically got the better draw - Oregon then IowaThis tourney actually sets up favorably. Damn, he was playing better. Although, if he’s going to miss a game, this one is probably the best one for him to miss since playing against a zone isn’t really his strength.Chris Nwuli is out tonight. I guess he really hurt that ankle against Penn State.
Nwuli outWTF is he bringing Badalau in for?
Looks uncharacteristically nervous tonightPowers with 2 TOs in 30 seconds, ugh.
No Nwuli, and probably still no DortschBadalau is terrible. Play anyone else
Playing them even so far. We’ll see the press eventuallyNo press huh?
