We have difficulty attacking an average zone. Their zone defense is exceptional and changes based on where the ball is. Knight is in over his head. That said, we should win.
This tourney actually sets up favorably. Certainly an underdog and a Wednesday exit wouldn’t be surprising, but think Minny and UCLA are possible. For no good reason, we’ve managed to give MSU games if we make it to Friday.

agreed...i'm sure we're going nowhere but our path to the finals is about as easy as one could hope.
Been there before. Pikes post season record after first 2 years with Sanders and MSG isnt good at all....BUT hoping that changes. Need to find a W here. It's certainly possible.
I totally disagree. Minny - UCLA, two teams who we lost by like 30, maybe our 2 worst losses of the season besides Michigan, are the 2 in front of us. Some years we’ve had a good draw and blew it, this year I actually think it’s a bad draw. Maryland ironically got the better draw - Oregon then Iowa

I guess we’ll see - not the first time I’ve been wrong (I went to Indy last year…). Don’t think (hope) Minny will shoot as well as they did against us the first time 60% from deep on volume (it’s a game if they only shoot 40%). Nor be as disciplined and lucky with fouls (7 PF).
Agreed, definitely a mismatch with Minnys height and I hope we can draw a better game plan - and prepare for long rebounds.
What is the point of the Big Ten Network if they are going to have tournament games that aren't on TV?
Damn, he was playing better. Although, if he’s going to miss a game, this one is probably the best one for him to miss since playing against a zone isn’t really his strength.
