Piggybacking off the restaurant recommendation post, what you got on hotels, casinos or otherwise.
The Hotel Legends is nice and it's right across the street from the Beau. I've stayed there multiple times and it's a good location. If you're looking a little further down beach boulevard the Whitehouse Hotel is nice as well. The Beau is nice but can be a bit pricey. Those are my recommendations as far as hotels go.Piggybacking off the restaurant recommendation post, what you got on hotels, casinos or otherwise.
Second on Legends good location with a great bar. I believe all rooms are suites. The Hotel Legends is nice and it's right across the street from the Beau. True. And now is a badass hotel. I'm a Best Western Oak Manor guy myself.Second on Legends good location with a great bar. I believe all rooms are suites.
Was assisted living place that I was told Katrina shut down and has been totally redone
We are just exploring really. We want to hit some good restaurants. I have heard Legends was walking distance from some places. Will likely visit Ocean Springs during the day one day. What are you wanting to stay near? If the Biloxi Casinos, there's several reasonable priced ABnBs around Mary Mahoney's. To stay at the Beau on a weekend night can get pricy, check our the ABnBs instead.
I think there are 2-3 other similar types in downtown and a couple on Porter plus there are plenty of cabins/cottages throughout the downtown area and historic areas between the OS harbor and HWY90. Just depends on the goals. Living in the area, I personally would rather stay in OS than Biloxi but everyone has their taste. Some good hotels in Ocean Springs, the new OS Hotel and The Roost. Completely different vibe than Biloxi, but right in heart of Ocean Springs.
Just stay in downtown OS at a cool boutique hotel… The Springs, The Roost, OS Hotel @ OS1515, The Beatnik, or the brand new Hotel Mojo in the heart of downtown. We are just exploring really. Yes, Legends is nice and in walking distance of everything. There’s a hotel next door to Legends that’s nice also. If staying there, walk across the street to Felix’s for dinner. We are just exploring really. We want to hit some good restaurants. I have heard Legends was walking distance from some places. McElroy’s is across the street from Legends. Felix’s is 9 miles to the west. Almost to Gulfport.Yes, Legends is nice and in walking distance of everything. There’s a hotel next door to Legends that’s nice also. If staying there, walk across the street to Felix’s for dinner.
Thank you sir! That is correct, I had them mixed up. McElroy's is were we go and sit outside overlooking the Gulf. There's usually a bum cracked out in that walk over thing (coming from Legends going to McElroys).McElroy’s is across the street from Legends. Felix’s is 9 miles to the west. Almost to Gulfport.
Best sportsbook? We go to the Beau, haven't tried many of the others. The Palace is smoke free so a good staying option. Nice sports book too.
I don’t know about best but it’s good. Sports bar with food, drink, and counter to place bets. It’s right off gambling floor too so short walk to black jackBest sportsbook? We go to the Beau, haven't tried many of the others.
No one has a sports book quite like the Beau. Harrah’s is a pretty calm smaller one with decent TV coverage.Best sportsbook? We go to the Beau, haven't tried many of the others.
Hard Rock is just too smoky. And this is coming from someone who smoked at the time I went.No one has a sports book quite like the Beau. Harrah’s is a pretty calm smaller one with decent TV coverage.
