Anyone have any insights on getting Arkansas tickets. My daughter is a student there and me and a buddy are going to go visit and watch the Friday and Saturday games. I would need 3 tickets.

Tickets for sec games are hard to come especially with this series. They don't reserve any for visitors. Outfield freeforall is a zoo on first come basis. Daughter might get lucky at the ticket office.

I have been in the past and don't mind paying for two but it gets steep paying for all 3 of us for both days. I am pretty sure she can get in free but its for the outfield.

Not to derail the convo but has anyone ever been successful at getting a refund from stubhub? We bought tickets for this past Fridays game (originally scheduled for Saturday) and the tickets didn’t arrive until after the gates had opened. By that time, I had already bought SRO tickets and entered the stadium.
The gates opened at 4:30 and tickets arrived at 4:40 and I had chatted with stubhub agents twice on Saturday to let them know I needed the tickets by 4:30.
Now they are saying they won’t refund my money cause the tickets arrived before the event started.
I say all that to say. Screw stubhub, don’t buy from them.

I'm looking for tickets too. There's tickets online at $250 - $350 each but I don't want to go that bad.

ETA - Nvmd. Seat Geek has much cheaper seats at $100 - $150.

How are the seats in the Hawg Pen in left field? Looks like a berm. Is it drunken students? Do you have to show up an hour early to claim a spot?

I'll be up that way. May try to make a game.

Can you imagine if i sold my baseball tickets on this site for $125 each per game?

Some people would lose their minds.

Nobody would get mad if you went to SeatGeek and got what you can get. But around here, with fellow State fans, stands to reason you'd give a discount once in a while, to help folks out.

That said, that day is quickly passing by. The way all these Average Joe Fans, as they call themselves, have been bltching about MuH i DeSeRvE mUh SeAtS fOr 8 BuCkS, I say sell for whatever you want. That entitlement has gotten old. If they want to come and have a seat, in this high-demand environment, sack up and pay up. And it's about to get worse in a few years when we reseat.

If not, get an $8 ticket and stand up. There's plenty of places to watch. We have an elite program, and that comes with a cost. If you want to have a guaranteed seat any time you want, without any type of commitment, go watch MiLB.

So if i sell for $150 to a state fan on seat geek and i only get $110 after the fees or I sell on here for $110 and the state fan saves money and i get the same amount of money thats bad?

You truly are a moron.

Also, every time i've sold tickets on here there has always been a thankful fan happy they could buy them at a reasonable price.

That's not what I said.

I generally give away my tickets when I can't go, but that's just me. $20 a pop for a first time fan is reasonable. $110? That's kinda shltty.

But like I said, it's becoming that way more and more every day.

You absolutely said it was ok to sell them on seatgeek for a higher price but not on Sixpack for a lower price. You 100% said that.

and again, I’ve sold my tickets for reasonable prices on here and people have been extremely happy to buy them including saving my number and randomly asking for the tickets.

you do whatever you want with your tickets. No one cares.

Will your buddy not pay for one of them?
He will just trying to find the best bang for a buck and I know my daughter will not want to stand for 3 hours. For last years series I purchased 1 ticket for the first game in section 105. I was surronded by some great hog fans. When they found out my daughter was in school up there they gave me 4 tickets for the whole family for the next 2 games.

Yes this is a berm area and the rowdiest area. Must get there really early to get a spot and lots of alcohol and houligans. May be fun if your part of the home team. Not a good spot for opposing team fans.

Terrible. It’s not terraced so if you’re not there 3 hours early you’ll be 10 rows back behind a ton of people in lawn chairs and can’t see the game. If you’re more into socializing and walking around mingling then maybe you’ll like it

Speaking of away tickets, I had looked into a few here and there. This whole 'average joe getting a seat' thing is an issue everywhere, especially as these other teams have smaller parks. If you don't want to get GA and stand, you're looking at $30 minimum for a reserved seat, which I would imagine the rest of the country sees as high for college baseball.

But anyway, it's not just us that builds for season ticket holders. So many of our fans think our AD dropped the ball when in reality we just have a bigger demand for GA.
