No, not likely he would have the same impact, but he's a tremendous upgrade if he would even consider the job. That said, I would be shocked to see Rutgers offer. I don't believe he would consider coming as second fiddle to Goodale, nor should he. As WhoRU? already said, he would want and need to assemble his own coaching staff. That doesn't preclude him from keeping any current staff, but I suspect he would want to hire coaches who would give him the best chance of success. We can dream, but my guess is "long live the status quo".
