"Kieger has been at the helm at Penn State since 2019 and has managed just one winning season since her arrival. The Nittany Lions have not made an NCAA Tournament since that time."
The lesson here re Kieger, and Coquese is STOP hiring wannabe has been types. They are not going to change their stripes.
Coquese got her millions, new hairdo, new body thanks to a good surgeon. OK, enuf of me being nasty. She is 55 and can retire very nicely, thaks Hobbs.

Expand a bit, I think I know your reasons but...
the cviv coaching tree isnt all that great and while I like her and she definitely has experience at big time programs as an assitant, we need to move away from anything connected with cvs

I think Reiss and Griffiths are the best to go after.

Yeah definitely not as a head coach, especially in this cycle. There’s also this issue, that I don’t remember ever being resolved:

this just seems like a hit piece with disgruntled players quotes

Point out the coach on the list that has better credentials than Tami Reiss. Besides coaching she owned a nightclub, beauty salon and did personal fitness training. She also acted in a few TV shows, did modeling and was also doing commercials. Maybe we can get her to pitch for Jersey Mike's.
Let me add from an A I search:
Dawn Staley and Tammi Reiss (often spelled Tami or Tammie in some references, but commonly Tammi) played together as college teammates at the University of Virginia (UVA) Cavaliers women's basketball team.
They were backcourt partners and roommates, teaming up from 1989 to 1992. Dawn Staley arrived at UVA in 1988 (her freshman year), while Tammi Reiss played from 1989 to 1992. Their overlapping years as key starters were the 1989–90, 1990–91, and 1991–92 seasons.
During that time, they helped lead UVA to significant success, including three ACC titles, three consecutive Final Four appearances, and a run to the national championship game in one of those seasons.
Duffy would be my answer , she was BE coach of the year in 2020 while Marquette's HC , has WNBA credentials as a player and 194-87 as a HC.
But I doubt she'll leave VT to gamble her career at Rutgers, unless Zinn gave her an offer she couldn't refuse

Not that it matters, Duffy's VT team lost to NC State on Feb 8th 82-62. NC St lost to Rhode Island 68-63 way back on Nov 23rd. However, back on Nov 13th Rhode Island visited RU at the packed morning Recess Game and lost to RU 68-63. Rhode Island had 7 new players on the team this year. 3 transfers and 4 freshmen for that early season game. They got better, RU didn't.

Rhode Island is on now. If they lose they aren't getting at-large are they? Then RU if interested can interview her.

The A10 final actually has two coaches we could be taking a look at:

Reiss at Rhode Island
Vanessa Blair Lewis at George Mason

ESPN has Rhode Island in and Richmond (A10's #3 seed that George Mason beat yesterday) as the "last team in." George Mason's NET is #60 which makes it hard to get in unless they upset Rhode Island today.

Read main board Gary Redus II from LSU Mulkey’s top assistant and recruiter

Not saying he isn’t a good recruiter but you need to factor in Mulkey and the LSU winning history.
I don't see the assistant LSU coach will be able to recruit top tier talent at Rutgers which is a losing program right now.LSU has a national reputation as a elite womens basketball program.

from a google search, I can't say it's a fact, but once I heard his name and with the Zinn LSU connection, I feeel he's Keli's first choice
>The Scarlet Knights are planning to hire LSU assistant coach Gary Redus II as the fifth full-time head coach in program history, three people with knowledge of the situation told NJ.com. The hire is not finalized, but barring a snag in contract negotiations, it could be completed early this week<

this...he is getting in the door because of her not himself, yes im sure he has learned alot from her but they are coming for her not him. Im not opposed to this hire but its pretty risky

Didn’t stop him recruiting at Vandy or SMU

“Redus came to LSU after one season as an assistant coach at SMU, helping guide the Mustangs to 14 wins. Prior to that, Redus established himself as an elite recruiter in the SEC during a three-season stint at Vanderbilt where he recruited and signed the program’s first trio of top-100 prospects since 2016.”
