165 - Lockett drops a 2-1 decision. Ruiz got out in 5 seconds, Lockett chose neutral instead of down that Taylor wanted. Lockett is a loose cannon right now. Absolute **** match.

That was an absolute embarrassment by Lockett.
Same thing bit Lockett again. He waits too late and gets gassed.
Any time he was in on a shot the other wrestler was on the edge of the mat.
Lockett is a great wrestler he just needs to let loose earlier and work on his motor/conditioning.

Lockets match was a snooze fest they both should been hit with stalling

That was the first match all weekend that I was disappointed with; I’ll never understand why Dee goes in a shell in big matches and wrestles not to lose. Which almost always results in a loss.
Haven’t seen anything that says he is great, at this point I’d go with he has a lot of things to clean up.
At this point, if he doesn't change his mindset, he may be competing for different school.
Drives me nuts that Dee does the same thing so often it seems. Waits until late for an electric finish rather than taking it to a guy he should beat from the jump and costs him a title. Just go beat the brakes off the guy.

Dee needs a mindset change. Remember when Chris Carson played like a skat back and avoided contact the finally someone got through to him and he started running over everyone? That’s what Dee needs, a complete shift.
Facundo is fighting back. 6-4 and he has been the aggressor in the 3rd.
How did they call that a TD? Both feet clearly out and Facundo off the mat entirely

Facundo had a good match. He just got caught while trying to reverse Steed.
Finals losses so far have been 2 true freshman and a guy who got caught in a cradle. Robideau will and Dee should mature and only get better.
Yeah, I made kind of an obvious statement. Dee not wrestling as well as he did earlier this year. Maybe he got a little over confident. I don’t know. But against Iowa and tonight he definitely was not wrestling like many thought he would be.
