We’ve got this. We are so much better than we have showed the last two games. Someone said we were competitive in our opening series loss to Stanford last year. Wrong. We were on Friday, but we stunk it up on Saturday and Sunday. I remember being shut out by Volksho (however you spell his name) on Sunday, and it was brutal. I was at the game, and I was honestly shocked at how bad we were at the plate. Just horrendous. We are very talented, and we definitely have time to fix things. Our defense is suspect, which kind of surprises me, and Jason having two pretty horrible consecutive outings isn’t ideal, but I genuinely think we’ll be fine.
