Pisgah won. Our girl had two (3) point attempts to tie with under 10 seconds left and couldnāt get one to go down. Congratulations Bears.
Great game at Pisgah! Holland for Cramer was held to 20 pts by great team defense. That girl is a baller and commanded our respect but she is also everything youād want from a leader. Class act!

The underdog feel good story of a team full of Cinderellas continues with the Lady Knights destruction of the 5A bracket. They are the only double digit seed left in all the brackets. If they do the impossible then Hollywood needs to greenlight a movie of how a team that barely snuck it went all the way.
Iāve never heard how egregious the situation was that caused them to forfeit the majority of their games but that may determine how āfeel goodā it was concerning the school and administrators. As far as the remaining girls on the team, kudos to them for keeping their dream alive.
I think it was a bench player who transferred in and it was her 5th year in high school. She should sue like they do in college and get a 8th year lol
You play two years at Christian academy in hickory freshman and sophomore year. Her junior year she disappeared. Then she showed up at North Lincoln last year as a junior that should have been her senior year. Then played her 5th Year this year as a senior
I know not a lotta North Lincoln fans here but if they see this what are opinions on new coach
Hopefully, all teams bring a big crowd to Lenoir Rhyne but I can guarantee you the Pisgah- Maiden game is going to be hopping. Maiden would bring a good crowd even they were 100 miles away and Pisgah is the same. Itās going to be a great atmosphere.
Iām sorry they had to forfeit so many games, but it would be some kind of Cinderella story like was mentioned in an earlier post.
Thatās a nice area with lots of nice people. Heāll probably like itā¦ Saw in your post where Coach Capps, formerly at Western Alamance, had some kind words for him. There was an assistant coach at North Lincoln who had a connection to coach Capps. This might tell me something about the newer to your question.
Well I sure hope thereās a really big crowd, there. Course, there might be a couple of posters on here who may have been DQād and will not be able to attend. I ought to check on that.

Head coaches come from Jimmy Teague. Also Doug Robertson and earl bates. As I remember everyone liked him.
I'll just post this statement. The NL team had an illegible player. She may have only played in a few games, but she practied with the team all year. I hate it for their program and the senoir players and the fans, but ineligible is the defining term.

Now I did hear and this is just a rumor not saying it's true not saying I have proof of it just to cover my bases with the lawsuit warriors that like to hang around

Coming back, shortly after 3 PM, I noticed a bus that looked out of place. Getting closer I realized it was none other than Lincoln Charter, and guess where this bus was? M-A-I-D-E-N. Looks like theyāre expanding.

Congrats Blue Devils! I wasnāt able to keep up with the 2nd half so Iām not sure if our shooting woes continued but you canāt miss the shots 6ft and under that we did and hang with top notch competition.

While watching the first half only, I told my wife that Pisgah has to make their free throws and convert those short layups to win. The Bears sure struggled with that part of their offense.

Yeah, it wasnāt that they were just wide open easy buckets that you hit 100% but you also donāt plan to almost miss them all and unfortunately we were. Great season nonetheless.
