Never recovered from starting the game with two turnovers and an airball on your first three possessions. Maybe years of pain from football but I really don't like the way this team is playing to end the year.
10PM game really gives west coast teams an advantage. Team looked really off.
I’m not going to dwell on the poor performance last night after all the Bruins have beaten Illinois and Purdue at home as well.
No question it was our worst performance and the defensive intensity just wasn’t there last night.
The UCLA loss probably keeps NU on the 3 line. The Iowa game this weekend is the more important game. Lose that, and suddenly NU probably needs at least 1 win in the B1G Tournament to stay a 3 in MM - maybe even 2 since the first game will be against a 12 or 13 seed.

We didn't rebound that well on the defensive end, but Mast had a bunch of offensive rebounds. Think it was 11-11 for offensive rebounds. Our defense wasnt as good as it could be, but we were at least OK there.

But was really upsetting was Free throw shooting was the worst I’ve seen in while.
Everything was bad. Couldn’t rebound, couldn’t shoot and couldn’t make free throws. Worst showing of the year.
