Keli Zinn has been on the job seven short months, and look what she has done in terms of NIL, hires, infrastructure and firing the first HC that needed to go.

Have a true professional in charge and institutional alignment for the first time. Never have the president and AD been this aligned. Can’t wait to see who Kelli makes as her first hire!!!

Agree. The more I read about him and heard him speak about the importance of alignment between athletics and the academic mission, I was relieved. You never know what you're going to get during some of these searches.

There is one major sponsorship deal being negotiated now. If they can close it, it will be the best possible outcome for the school and the athletic department. The Big Ten has allowed more revenue streams and this would be an incredible one.

Super early for Tate, but if he stays on this track, he will be the best RU president in my lifetime (and by a wide margin).

You didn’t read anything about the initiative did you? Less about the individual and more about the vast untapped network of Fortune 500 companies in the NY/NJ metro. Kelli has done more in 8 months to leverage our location than any previous AD.

Both are right. There is no calculus where boosters or alums don’t contribute and Rutgers reaches sustainability. There is also no calculus where that happens without a focus on corporate sponsorships, which is obviously a huge focus moving forward.
