1st pitch at 3 pm. Should would be fun to win this series tonight. Predictions?
I’m certainly more hopeful after last night. Can’t pitch much better but we can still play better offensively. Need to maximize runs, so no getting thrown out at 3rd to end the inning. Little things like that usually come back to haunt you.
Hoping the loss to Queens has our guys playing desperate & embarrassed to right the ship. Think Valentin’s antics on the mound could be the kind of thing our team needs to back each other up. That was a lot of “stuff” for a Friday Night game.
But still believe Clemson wins the next 2 and takes the series. Think today will be a close game with Clemson getting a key hit or two in the late innings to win 6-3. Wouldn’t be shocked to see some words exchanged heading into tomorrow’s series finale. Man, I really hope I’m wrong! Hope the words are all one-sided as we take the series.
