Lawrence of Arabia is one of my all time favorites, although I’ve never seen it on the big screen.Godfather
Godfather II
Lawrence of Arabia
Apocalypse Now
2001: A Space Odyssey
Above is if I got to see stuff in theaters that I’d never seen in theaters before. If it’s just top 5 movies that I’ve never seen in theaters, I probably switch out Magnolia for Lawrence and probably something else for 2001 but not sure what
Similar story. Balcony of the old Lyric in downtown Tupelo. My mom and a friend's mom took us.1. Original Star Wars is the first “real” movie that I vividly remember going to; I was 6 yrs old. My dad kept me out of school and we stood in long line to get in. I remember going to cartoon movies before that, but couldn’t tell you a thing about them. A couple weeks later, we went to my favorite cousins house in Houston Tx and went to see it again with them at a huge theater and that was an experience. I still watch Star Wars when it is on TV.
Literally one of the best movies ever made, IMO......first time I saw it, I was livid with everyone in theater laughing at Forest......I was like, obvious it's about a re^ard and his struggles in life, and man all you people are just horrible......... then I realized, it was comedy w/ life mixed in well, and really a great movie that entertains the whole way through. See it.I’ve still never seen it. And don’t really care to. Not exactly sure why. Just seems like a stupid movie to me.
Or did she get her bottom rocked?1. Debbie does Dallas

1. Jaws- still haven't seen it all the way throughGot to see in theaters. Don’t care if it’s from the 1920’s or something from last year. Mine in no particular order: Granted seen these movies countless times, just not on the Big Screen
1. Original Star Wars
2. Jaws
3. Braveheart
4. Original Halloween

The Departed is really good. And it’s one of those that is kind of weird in terms of reputation because of where it fell in the careers of everyone involved (eg, everyone had major, career defining roles/films ahead of it). I saw it in theaters so wasn’t eligible for me to list1. The Departed
2. In Bruges
3. The Wolf of Wall Street
4. True Romance
5. Snatch
I personally think that The Departed is the greatest movie I ever seen but my personal favorite is True Romance. I can pretty much quote that whole movie. Tarantino's first script ever written. Tony Scott directed it.
The Searchers is great; didn’t make my 5 but would’ve made my 10The Searchers
Monty Python and The Holy Grail
Airplane
Casablanca
Rear Window
No Country for Old Men is good but I saw it in theaters. Same with LOTR. Same year as No Country for Old Men was There Will Be Blood (also saw in theaters) and Michael Clayton (watched on DVD). Michael Clayton isn’t the type of movie I’d die to see in theaters, but it is extremely underrated and one of my top 25 all time. Got overshadowed by No Country and There Will Be BloodNo Country for Old Men
Star Wars
The Bridge on the River Kwai
Unforgiven
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
